Monbukagakusho Scholarship (Embassy recommendation)
This Scholarship is more flexible and basically everybody could apply it. Please, ask to the Japanese Embassy in your country to find the application forms. Please, send your CV, record(s), and research proposal to address above and mention the research theme you want to do. We (Microwave Remote Sensing Laboratory, Chiba University, Japan) will select the candidate and publish the Letter of Acceptance or Letter of Recommendation.
